This is the perfect book to finish out your summer reading. Fast-paced and dangerous. Rhea (pronounced Ray) Jensen is a tough and clever twenty-something single girl/private investigator who studies ways to escape from handcuffs while waiting to take down another serial slease. But life becomes complicated when what should have been an open-and-closed embezzlement case goes awry and her on-again-off-again boyfriend starts fooling around behind her back. I decided to drop out of college (for teaching) and follow my dream of photography. It was the scariest thing I have ever done (so far) but has been the best decision of my life. I absolutely love my job and wouldn't trade it for anything!

I think the most life altering decision I have ever made was to marry my husband. You see, I dated a guy for 3 years and he went on a mission. We made promises to each other that included a ring!! When I met my husband I knew he was the one!! After 3 months we were engaged and 4 months after that we were married!! We celebrated our 15 year wedding anniersvary this year and we have been through some REALLY tough times (including the present situation). I am proud to say I would pick him all over again!!!

On another note, I can't wait to rea your book. If it is anything like your blog t will be hard to put down!!
Life altering decision huh?...I guess I would have to say...leaving our families and everything we knew and moving out of state. We still look back at that decision and marvel that we had the guts to do it.

*I really could use a good book right now...=)

A big decision was to take a job that brought me back to my college town. I've been having a great time reconnecting with people and places I'd forgotten.

Thanks for the chance to win!

Life altering decision: Moving to Utah from Missouri to go to BYU, then finding my husband at Orem institute choir (not even at BYU!), and THEN dropping out of BYU so I could work full time to get my husband through school!

Posted on Facebook!

By the way, if I win (which I highly doubt because I never win anything), I'll be gone camping from 7/29-8/4 and won't have any access to a computer to see if I won or not! But if I do win, wait till I get back so I can give you my address! :)

Great giveaway! I'd love to be entered.

A life altering decision? perhaps when I decided to adopt -- or better be adopted by -- a kitten.

Please count me in. Thanks.

Life altering.... Hmmm.... when I married my hubby and more recently, when I decided to go back to school last spring (after over 10 years of no schooling).

Randy says - Life-altering decision: not following the advice of doctors after being diagnosed with cervical cancer and not having hysterectomy - I was pregnant with my daughter Kelsey two weeks later. Best decision I ever made!

Loved your writings on your blog, Karey, and wish you the best with your new book.
one life altering decision I made was to become a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints... As the only member in my family I stepped on the path all by myself at 15 and never looked back.. I thought I would live happily ever after and that might come after all
